If You Must

We realize the world is not always predictable, so if for any reason you need to cancel or reschedule your move, let us know 48 hours in advance in order to avoid a 2 hour minimum charge.

Sometimes your move date is uncertain, and in that case we can schedule you a tentative moving date.  Then if someone else calls us and wants to definitely schedule a move on the same date, we'll try to contact you immediately to ascertain the status of your arrangement.  

If we can't reach you by phone and you haven't confirmed your tentative date at least four days prior to the move, we will book the other party's move on that date.
